Funds Transfer
Did you know that you can
transfer funds from your Wachovia Account to your UNC
One Card Expense Account once you have linked your card? It only takes
a few minutes to make a telephone funds transfer and your funds will
be available right away!
HOW TO TRANSFER
FUNDS FROM YOUR WACHOVIA ACCOUNT TO YOUR UNC ONE CARD ACCCOUNT
- To perform
the funds transfer, dial 1-800 WACHOVIA (800-922-4684).
- Enter you
Customer Access number (your customer access number is your
entire social security number).
- Enter your
4 digit pin number when prompted.
- Press * *
(this will take you from voice response to touch tone)
- If the
system asks, enter the last 4 digits of you account number.
- Select
option 3 for more choices.
- Select
option 2 to transfer.
- Select
option 1 for yes since this is a campus card transfer.
- Select
option 1 for yes to transfer funds from your checking account to
your expense account.
- Enter the
amount that you would like to transfer to your expense account.
(I.E. enter 2500 for $25.00)
- Listen for
the confirmation.
**Please note that all
transfers from your Wachovia primary checking account are free, plus
you can make up to two free transfers per statement cycle from your
Wachovia primary savings account. Fees may apply from other types
of accounts, please refer to Wachovia's Account Terms and Conditions
for more details.

to it you must report your lost or stolen card to Wachovia at

24 hours a day AND contact the UNC One Card Office as well at 962-8024.**
