Parking Problem Resolution
Having problems getting in to your gated Parking Lot? Use the questions below to help solve your parking problems. Are you using a current UNC One Card? Expired cards will not work in a parking gate. If your card is expired, please call the One Card Office at 962-8024 to inquire about obtaining an updated card. Are you entering the parking lot during the correct time period? Some parking access may be time limited, and is only valid during certain periods of the day. If you think this may be your problem, contact Parking & Transportation at 962-3951. Is the light turning red at the parking reader when you swipe your card? If the light is turning red, this means that your card is being denied. Please call the One Card Office at 962-8024 to have them investigate the problem. Is the light turning yellow at
the parking reader when you swipe your card? If the light
is turning yellow, then the reader is having trouble reading your card,
if the stripe on the back of your card is scratched or damaged, bring
it by the One Card Office to have your card reprinted at no charge. |
