For your convenience we offer a variety of ways to add value to your UNC One Card Expense account. Note: All Meal and Flex Plan purchases will be added to your Account with the University Cashier
If you prefer to pay with a credit card, you can add value to your expense plan 24 hours a day at our secure online payment center. Online deposits will be available minutes after you have completed your online transaction. (Mastercard and Diners Club only please) We do not accept credit cards for payments at our office. If you decide to make your payment with a credit card, a non-refundable "transaction fee" will be added to your bill to cover the cost of providing credit card services. The transaction fee is currently 2% of the total charges and is subject to change.
Caution: Credit Card payments will be limited to 3 attempts if wrong data is entered. After 3 attempts, your online deposit option will be locked until you notify the One Card Office during office hours at 919 962-1385
Checks or Money Orders
If you would like to make a payment using a check or money order, you can mail it to our office or drop it off in person during business hours. Make your check payable to "UNC One Card" and be sure to include your student's PID#.
For those who prefer cash, we accept cash payments at our office, or you can make cash deposits to your expense account at any of our Tar Heel Tellers 24 hours a day.
