Report any lost or stolen cards to the One Card office immediately at 962-8024.
Or, suspend your One Card Online, 24 hours a day using your ONYEN and password.
After office hours and on weekends, you may also contact
Campus Police at 962-8100 to have your card deactivated.

This will freeze your Expense Plan, Flex, and Meal Plan on your card until you can take further action. You may replace your One Card at our office in the basement of Student Stores. Be sure to bring a valid driver's license, passport, or military ID for proof of identification. The replacement fee for a student card is $10.00. If you have put your card on hold and you do find it, you must come by the One Card Office in person to have the hold removed. There is no charge to have your card reactivated.

**If you have Wachovia Banking linked to your UNC One Card you must also report your
lost or stolen card to Wachovia at 1-800-275-3862 24 hours a day**
